Started out not good, but ended well I took my 2017 Terrain in for routine service for the first time since I purchased it. I went into the service office and every desk in the room had I took my 2017 Terrain in for routine service for the first time since I purchased it. I went into the service office and every desk in the room had a Garff employee sitting there. In other words, there was plenty of people available to even acknowledge my presence. Not a soul even looked at me when I scanned the room a couple of times to see if some one even noticed me, no eye contact or anything from anyone. Finally after a couple of minutes, a guy on the phone (Grant??) gave me the "I'll be with you when I get off the phone" sign. I stood there for several more minutes without anyone saying a word or even making eye contact. A guy walked in and was immediately asked if he needed help, so I spoke up and said I was there first. It was like the old lady didn't matter but the guy did. Not a good start and if that's how the whole experience had went, I wouldn't be back. However, Treyton took over and made sure the rest of my visit went well. He kept me informed of the status of my service and explained a couple of recommended services that needed to be done that day and some that weren't immediate but should be done on the next service visit. He did a great job. More
