Three Strikes and You're Out We brought our Ford Expedition to the Ken Garff Body Shop for repair after we were in an accident because they are a AAA approved shop. After nearly We brought our Ford Expedition to the Ken Garff Body Shop for repair after we were in an accident because they are a AAA approved shop. After nearly 3 months of waiting and having to return the vehicle twice for the body shop to correct their work, we finally got our truck back on their third try at the repairs. I was told by the estimator that on my second trip that "he didn't think we were going for a showroom quality job" when I questioned why there was a thumbprint in the clear coat on the hood they repainted. This type of attitude is unacceptable and clearly demonstrates a lack of pride in your work. I understand that the paint job probably won't be the same quality as the factory, but it should look better than I painted it in my backyard. In the end the shop fixed the vehicle and their mistakes, hence the 1 star rating instead of 0 stars. When I picked my truck up on the third try, no one would discuss the repairs with me. The lady behind the counter just gave me my key and walked away. In the future, I will take my personal and company vehicles to another shop for repair and service. More
