They did a good job with the repair on my Prius, but They were very professional when I went in to chat with them about my insurance claim. However, I was quite disappointed in their lack of communicatio They were very professional when I went in to chat with them about my insurance claim. However, I was quite disappointed in their lack of communication about the status of my vehicle. They never stated if there was additional damage or not. They did not bother to call and inform me that it would not be ready on the agreed upon day. This was frustrating, as I had someone in place to help me retrieve it that day, but had no time at all to pick it up the next day. The quality of the work seems good, but more communication is necessary. More
