Every time I went in there the employees were distracted by other things going on. They would stop in the middle of helping me and start to talk amongst each other about customer issues that did not pertai by other things going on. Left my window down partially while it was raining outside, then I said something and she was like I know. Also, when asked for a part breakdown on an extremely expensive repair all I received was the total to do the job. When a power steering line is over $1,200 to fix I think the customer is owed a detailed explanation of why the cost is what it is. Just overall not a friendly environment. Overall I have been treated way better at places that I did not even purchase a vehicle from. More

Worst experience ever will never work with Ken Garrf again. They had my vehicle for over two months and never fixed my problem was very rude and condescending to my wife talked with will areola and Zach again. They had my vehicle for over two months and never fixed my problem was very rude and condescending to my wife talked with will areola and Zach bishop those two should not be in a service job they lied gave me the run around and again never got my car running to my satisfaction I will let everyone I know how Ken Garrf treats their customers. They sold me a car that doesn’t run a warranty that won’t cover anything overall it has been a true nightmare and I will never ever ever work with them again More
Service personnel were very personable, I rated service as average because it too me 3 trips to dealership to complete repairs.
