This dealership was incredible to work with. All of the dealers in Nevada did not have the truck I was looking for but i was able to find it at Ken Garff Buick GMC in Ogden, Utah. When I asked for informat dealers in Nevada did not have the truck I was looking for but i was able to find it at Ken Garff Buick GMC in Ogden, Utah. When I asked for information, Brent Walker called me right away to discuss. I decided I wanted the truck and Brent took the time to make sure that most of the paperwork and financing was done by the time I arrived. After the long drive to Utah, only 30 minutes was required at the dealership because of all the work Brent put in before I arrived. This made buying a truck through Ken Garff Buick GMC incredibly easy and a great experience for both myself and my wife. I would definetly come back and recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car! Repaired my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I had my Jeep repaired by your collision shop which Brianna was my point of contact during the start to finish. Brianna kept me updated with every ste I had my Jeep repaired by your collision shop which Brianna was my point of contact during the start to finish. Brianna kept me updated with every step of completion that was done on the Jeep and listened and answered any question that I asked. When the Jeep was nearing completion it had a service code that required service from Larry H Miller to honor thru agreement. It turned out to be a huge hassle on my end from them and with the above and beyond help from Brianna she was able to get them to help get this issue taken care of. I know she deals with hundreds of people daily and I ram so grateful that she was willing to go the extra length to finish a a very well done job started by her! More
