They explain all things that we need to know!’ We were looking for a certain color, and they called when our vehicle was on the train to Utah, letting us know that they had found the one we wanted!! I had an appointment scheduled for a test drive with Alex. He was amazing, made the whole experience of trading in my vehicle super easy. We will be highly recommending him to friends and family. I went to get my car serviced and was quoted an amount of around $250 for what I needed and when I picked up, they charged me almost $500. They wouldn’t release the vehicle unless I paid and I’ve been told they would review the case and get back to me to get me a refund, but they left me in the dust. Dealership only cares about getting paid. Classic bait and switch. Steer FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. More
Very frustrating ordeal as I was working with a sales person on a specific vehicle. I provided everything they needed all for them to sell the vehicle after we had agreed to terms on my trade in. Complet person on a specific vehicle. I provided everything they needed all for them to sell the vehicle after we had agreed to terms on my trade in. Complete waste of time as essentially I had to follow up to get updates but never was told that someone else was possibly interested. Spent over a day back and forth with my sales rep. I should have been made aware before it was too late. Do not waste your time. More
Maybe about two years ago, I switched from taking my vehicle up to Larry Miller's in Murray and started bringing it to Garffs in American Fork. He started out great, I thought. However, on February 11t vehicle up to Larry Miller's in Murray and started bringing it to Garffs in American Fork. He started out great, I thought. However, on February 11th I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed and the engine light checked. I was told that the thermostat was bad and needed to be replaced. it was also recommended that a radiator flush be done. I agreed to both services. then about one week after the radiator flesh and service, the light came on saying that my Antifreeze was low, Which I thought was strange, since it had just been flushed and refilled. No big deal, though. I simply added some more antifreeze. Then my app on my. iphone told me that I only had 15% Left on my oil. That's weird, right? Since I just had it changed less. than a month ago. So I looked at the little sticker on the windshield and sure enough, it had not been replaced. Also on the dashboard indicated that it had not been reset. So I pulled the depth stick and checked and sure enough the oil was extremely black and low.. So I called the dealership to explain the situation expecting. a listening ear like you like your advertisements indicates, But I was surprised that the service tech that answered the phone Basically told me I must be mistaken and that he was sure that the service Tech had changed the oil.. Not the best customer service, I've ever had. However, he said my service Manager Matt Was off today and I would need to call back on Monday. Later that day, I decided to call again and speak with a general manager Hoping to be treated differently than. the last phone call.. To my surprise, when I told The receptionist I would like to talk to a general manager She said she would transfer me to service And the next thing I heard was the phone being hung up.. I'm very disappointed.. Fearful of where this might go, I have videoed myself checking the oil so that I have proof. It was never changed since the service manager basically called me a liar. Very disappointing. Now I am questioning what services I have paid for were done and what services were in fact not done. More
