Great experience, mostly. i have had an amazing experience at Ken Garff Chevrolet pretty much every time I have been in for a service appointment. I feel like they go above and i have had an amazing experience at Ken Garff Chevrolet pretty much every time I have been in for a service appointment. I feel like they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. However, when I went in for my oil change this afternoon it was about 30 minutes from the time I saw them bring my car around to the front to the time they called me up to get it. I don't necessarily know why it took them so long, but I feel like I was there much longer than I should have been. More
