The man who was consulting with Robert on my deal -- whose name, unfortunately, I've forgotton -- also really worked hard to bring my deal together and was very friendly. On top of it, when all was said and done, it turned out they didn't have the car model I wanted in the color I wanted, so although they didn't have the mid-tier model I was going after, they leased me the top-of-the-line model (worth thousands more) at virtually the same price. Collins in finance was a gentleman in every way and great to work with. I went away happy with my new 2020 Prius Prime. More
