Great custome rservice in the Ford services dept. We were in for a (what we thought was an emergency) service at the Ford Dealership on 7-27-17 and was treated with the best customer service! They listened to our issue and got us in Immediately and checked out our vehicle, they then came and explained EVERYHING to us. The gentleman at the front even helped me with my coffee while we waited. I probably only got a few of the names but, Jason, Curtis, Mike and Josh were so great. We were in and out in 1 hr!! Everyone was so professional just wonderful. Keep up the good work you guys I wish we had you in Grand Island, NE where we are from. Ridiculously HELPFUL!! I was headed back to Colorado from North Dakota and got a shudder and check engine light on the north side of Cheyenne. Limped the few miles to the service center, where Curtis Higgins and Josh McGurn went so far beyond expectations to get my car in and diagnose my problem quickly that I'm still not sure I believe it. Kinda makes me wish I lived in Cheyenne for future issues, and may just make the drive anyway. Kudos guys! More

Will never purchase a car from this dealership again I had researched on line and came to the dealership with a pre approved loan and the specific car in stock I wanted. It took hours to complete a simp I had researched on line and came to the dealership with a pre approved loan and the specific car in stock I wanted. It took hours to complete a simple sale and was asked to write a check they promised to hold pending bank payment. The did not hold the check as promised. We noted the inside passenger door Handle had sharp edges causing shallow cuts on our fingers when the door was opened. We brought the car in to have the handle replaced and was told the needed to order a handle and would call. We received no call after 6 weeks so inquired on the status. There was no record of the initial visit and the promised to order the handle and call when it arrived. 5 more weeks passed and still no call. I returned for the third time and finally got an appointment to have the factory defective door handle replaced. Both the initial sale and subsequent service were disappointing making me think the dealership as a whole is not well run and will go elsewhere to purchase my next vehicle. More
