The rudest dealership I have ever dealt with! Try to setup a time to bring my vehicle in and could not give me a time. "It might be 2 or 3 hours, can't really tell you. Have you tried Fort Collins Try to setup a time to bring my vehicle in and could not give me a time. "It might be 2 or 3 hours, can't really tell you. Have you tried Fort Collins?". How does this dealership stay in business?! Brought my vehicle in before and needed them to install spark plugs. They stated they could not install them because they weren't Ford recommended. They were Autolite spark plugs listed in the owners manual! You are right, Fort Collins Ford dealership (or anyone else for that matter) are better. At least they know the meaning of customer service! More
