Caused me to stop hating dealerships. Price was good. Truck was clean. Sadee in sales took my trade numbers to manager and they agreed. They then paid a competing dealership closer to my Price was good. Truck was clean. Sadee in sales took my trade numbers to manager and they agreed. They then paid a competing dealership closer to my house $1000 to change the part. The dealership who did the service was also very impressed with how easy Mike in Service at Ken Garff Ford made the transaction. In a modern world of shortsightedness, this was a refreshing experience. Notably, Sales people aren’t incentivized to gouge you at this dealership. The sales pay structure is flat per car, not tied to how many dollars they can extract from you in the shortest amount of time. Given the chance, they made me happy. I got excellent service from Nick selling the vehicle to me. The service department I had issues with communicating to me on outstanding items, so that I had to give ultimatums.
