I like that he updated me using messages. I also appreciated the transportation provided to my home. My truck is out of warranty and I could take it anywhere for service. Ford never completed service. I took a 2015 F3 50 in for warranty work and they replace a head on the left side of the engine which created a exhaust leak, took it back three tim I took a 2015 F3 50 in for warranty work and they replace a head on the left side of the engine which created a exhaust leak, took it back three times and they still have not completed the task. Very disappointing they never communicated and the last time it was in for six days and they didn't even pull it in the shop. More
