Which are you sorry about? 1. telling us my daughter would get credit for the auto loan and to date has not. 2. Putting 8 hard entries on our credit scores. 3. Spending 5-6 hours waiting to sign the paperwork and not getting to sign anything. 4. Telling us Monday it would be ready and they would call us. 5. Did not receive a call until Monday at 3:00pm saying it would be ready Tuesday morning. Finally called Tuesday at 4:00pm and were told Roberto just forgot to call. 6. I was supposed to be the co-signer and you put me as owner and poo-poo'd saying it wouldn't make any difference. 7. Finally Wenesdaygot the car & and signed paperwork. Upon signatures did not give us paperwork. E-mailed paperwork and gave us wrong passwords. Never responded to us on reset of password.
