I am far from home (Texas), so my parents and brother were glad to hear how well taken care of I was throughout this entire experience. When they came to visit, we had to stop by because they wanted to personally thank David and Chelsea (finance) for all their help. David has continued to answer my questions about my new Ford Explorer and I feel safe with this entire dealership. I have highly recommended them to anyone considering a new vehicle. I felt like I was given VIP treatment. Everyone deserves that feeling when making such an important purchase. Upon meeting David, he asked me important questions and heard my answers out completely. He was very pleasant to work with. It was nice to see someone go the extra mile in finding you the perfect vehicle. He let me know that I can always call the dealership with questions or concerns, so I enjoy the fact that even though the business transaction has been completed, I'm still welcomed to call for any answers I may need regarding the operation of my Ford Explorer. No service contract refund I purchased a used 2005 F250 from Spradley Barr nearly two years ago. I traded the vehicle in for a another vehicle at a different dealership. At th I purchased a used 2005 F250 from Spradley Barr nearly two years ago. I traded the vehicle in for a another vehicle at a different dealership. At the time of purchase I also purchased a service contract for the F250. The service contract was for 48 months. Because the contract had not expired and I no longer owned the vehicle I requested a refund from Spradley Barr for the unused months. Spradley Barr said that they would not refund the money for the unused months. I have worked with other dealerships, four to be exact, who have refunded the unused months. Spradley Barr said it had to be canceled by the lienholder. There is no lienholder. The truck is paid off. This is an unfair practice. Also, don't try to do business over the phone. They do not answer the phone or return your calls. More

Great Service Experience!!!! I recently went in to have some service done on my new vehicle. The service department told me it was going to take longer than expected. I was a little upset but soon realized it really wasn't the dealerships fault. Of course I want my vehicle fixed to the Best of their ability, the safety of my family is more important than anything! Great Experience As I felt had a rather unique set of circumstances to resolve and knowing the dealership had the vehicle I was very interested in I drove the 65 miles As I felt had a rather unique set of circumstances to resolve and knowing the dealership had the vehicle I was very interested in I drove the 65 miles to their location in Greeley. I was greeted by a very friendly Sales associate and asked if I could be helped with anything. I asked to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Bill Hendershot, and was directed to him immediately where we discussed what I will call my predicament. Bill listened to my story and without any hesitation told me to relax and everything would be taken care. He spoke with Chad, one of his Sales Associates, and asked him to acquaint me with the vehicle while he went and took care of coordinating every aspect of this sale from appraising my trade to coordinating my needs with Jason the Finance Manager. These three gentleman, Bill, Chad and Jason could not have been any more understanding, courteous or informative to my needs and before I knew it I was driving back to Parker Colorado in my new vehicle. It was simply the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They are simply the best and I strongly recommend, without hesitation, this dealership to anyone shopping for a Lincoln, Ford or quality used vehicle. More
