I usually have to haggle to get the deal I want but that wasn't the case this time - very fair offer on my trade in. The General Manager is on the floor personally overseeing the operation which is a big change from last GM. David Marems was our sales person and has the patience of,a saint. My wife can be quirky, old fashioned and set in her ways. When she had questions for David he just smiled and pleasantly answered them to her satisfaction. I have had issues in the past with elements of the service department, mostly little things like not resetting oil life after oil change. Based on conversations I have had with the new GM I anticipate the issues being fixed. Travis Howton in the service department is the best customer service rep in the business.
