Extremely Unsatisfied I purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. To this date is unusable, and an electrical disaster. It will run for a few minutes, long enough I purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. To this date is unusable, and an electrical disaster. It will run for a few minutes, long enough to get a mile or two, then all dash gauges go dead and it quits in the middle of the street ! I received an email advising that it is time to bring the vehicle to Greeley for servicing. Impossible since it won't run and unecessary since it has traveled only a few miles and only a limited distance each run. I received a phone call after purchasing the Jeep, asking about our feelings in reference to service, etc. I told the salesman at that time about the condition of the Jeep and asked him what could be done about it. A real Lemon I purchased a used 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. Drove it from Greeley to Loveland and it quit in the middle of Hwy 34 in Loveland. To this da I purchased a used 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. Drove it from Greeley to Loveland and it quit in the middle of Hwy 34 in Loveland. To this date, three months later, it has not been usable even one day. It runs from 1/2 mile up to around 2 miles, quits in the middle of the street and then will restart in approximately 2 to 5 minutes. No response from the dealership what so ever. More

I brought my SUV in to get services performed and they noticed some vital things needing repair that a previous service shop (won't mention names) did not. Needing a vehicle and knowing mine would be in for a while they placed me in a vehicle to use. Smooth transaction and outstanding customer service I had been looking for a specific model/year car for months when I finally found what I was looking for at Spradley Barr Greeley Ford. The problem was I had been looking for a specific model/year car for months when I finally found what I was looking for at Spradley Barr Greeley Ford. The problem was the dealership was over 400 miles from my home. I decided to inquire anyway and was contacted immediately by internet sales manager Amy. From that phone call my experience was amazing. She worked with me and gave me the confidence to place a deposit on the vehicle sight unseen. The salesman Lucas picked me up from the airport which is over 40 miles from the dealership and the finance person Rick zipped me in and out Bottom line is they made me feel like I was family. I can't say enough good things about these people from Amy to Lucas to Rick simply outstanding. Thank you!!! More
