Although I was in the market for a car, I had no time pressure and made that clear to the salesman (Felipe Sorzano). However, he was extremely professional, was customer focused and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. I was given a good view of the vehicle I was interested in (EDGE) and took a test drive. I hate price negotiations but for once I feel these were honest, respectful and open. Bottom line is that I bought a good car for a good price from a dealership that seemed interested in customer care and loyalty. More

My son was helping me to look for a used truck. He stopped in to pick up some fuel additive that he swears by. Andy started talking to him and made a few suggestions on trucks. Andy was going to search for a truck within my price range and someone pointed out a truck that was on the lot but had not been cleaned up or checked out. We drove it and settled on a price without too much haggeling. Andy was persistant and worked with my son and I to get us in the truck but not to the point where you felt like the deal was not fair. I feel that the deal was fair and reasonable enough that both parties had a win. When I went to pick up the truck it was like a totally different truck, it was cleaned inside and out and looked like a "new" truck. Thank you, Andy, you really did take care of the deal and the details. More
