Although I was in the market for a car, I had no time pressure and made that clear to the salesman (Felipe Sorzano). My son was helping me to look for a used truck. He stopped in to pick up some fuel additive that he swears by. Andy started talking to him and made a few suggestions on trucks. Andy was going to search for a truck within my price range and someone pointed out a truck that was on the lot but had not been cleaned up or checked out. We drove it and settled on a price without too much haggeling. Andy was persistant and worked with my son and I to get us in the truck but not to the point where you felt like the deal was not fair. I feel that the deal was fair and reasonable enough that both parties had a win. When I went to pick up the truck it was like a totally different truck, it was cleaned inside and out and looked like a "new" truck. The finance team I am frustrated with, knowing that I already had financing they still ran my credit through several banks who for one reason or another denied me. This creates credit scores to decline, hence the reason for dealing with the one I financing company that I went with and had been approved through. Note to self, being extremely grouchy and specific with the finance committee is not a bad thing. More
