All went well except we're having a problem with receiving our $15 coupon. We scheduled the oil change on line applied the $15 coupon but didn't receive it on the bill so I brought it up to Ray and receiving our $15 coupon. We scheduled the oil change on line applied the $15 coupon but didn't receive it on the bill so I brought it up to Ray and he said he'd take care of it and so initially our bank statement showed the discount but later it was removed. So I called you up and was told that is a bank error and usually will be applied within 24 hrs. So we'll wait and see if that happens. I'm just disappointed that we have to go thru this hassle when we thought if we set the appointment online it would be automatic. I was also told that if we want to use our reward points that we need to express that upfront. I would think that would be told to us ahead of time not after the fact. More

Ken Garff's service department has lost my trust! The last 2 visits we've had terrible service. On our last visit on October 21 2025 I took my truck to get an oil change. I left money on my middle co The last 2 visits we've had terrible service. On our last visit on October 21 2025 I took my truck to get an oil change. I left money on my middle console. I made sure the money was there and it was. So when I picked up my truck I checked if it was there still. And my money was Gone! I left it on purpose because on the other visit I left some ear buds in the back of one of my passengers door. And those were also missing. I didn't wanna think that someone in the dealership could have taken them. But this last time I they proved to me that they go into people's cars to see what we left so they can take. I've been calling the dealership to speak with a manager and can never get one to talk to or to have them return my call!! So I guess I would need to go personally! Im very disappointed at chevy! More
