I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check the back door that sticks when I try to open it. When I arrived, Matthew told me they would not be able to check the back door, because and to check the back door that sticks when I try to open it. I also told him the back left tire was losing air. He said they would check it. When the work was completed, he told me the tires were all fine. I am now at discount tire, where they found a nail. So obviously, the technician did not find the nail that was causing the air loss. And now I have to make an additional appointment to check the back door that has been sticking since I purchased the vehicle in February. So I am not a happy customer. More

Before the car was brought in, I asked the technician after he did the scheduled oil change if he could take a look at the seatbelt to determine what would be the issue and what would be the cost without after he did the scheduled oil change if he could take a look at the seatbelt to determine what would be the issue and what would be the cost without any examination of the seatbelt he sent me a calculation for $400 And that that is what the cost would be to fix the seatbelt even though right now today at this moment, I do not know what is wrong with it . The items that were listed to be fixed at a future date are not warranty related. I will not be bringing my car to Gateway to fix those items since they are non-warranty items. I will take the car to the Buick dealer for future repairs the only time it has to come to Gateway is if it's the extended warranty coverage is being utilized. Thank you. More
