my last oil change they discovered minor fluid leak and said they don't know where it comes from"maybe is from the transmission or just condensation" and kept it over a week. they also didn't check and fix said they don't know where it comes from"maybe is from the transmission or just condensation" and kept it over a week. they also didn't check and fix the factory recall. months after I have to make another trip for the factory recall and meanwhile the transmission wasn't shifting correctly and has been in the shop for almost two weeks and still waiting for them to find and fix the issue. my last update was" we duplcated the issue but don't know what causes it and our transmission tech is so back up so we don't know when he'll has time to look at it" totally unacceptable service.
