I had a wonderful experience with my Salesman, Omar Polo. He was informative, honest and courteous. I would highly recommend Omar to friends and family for future sales. I did have a problem with the sales manager, Mack McPherson. After Omar and I had agreed on a written price, McPherson wanted to add an additional $4,000 to the original agreement. He implied it was due to me not financing my vehicle with Gateway Chevrolet. This was contrary after I specifically informed Omar that I was paying for my vehicle in cash. McPherson was very condescending, aggressive, arrogant and untruthful. As a women McPherson made me feel as if he was intimidating me to comply to his price increase which made me extremely uncomfortable. I would have given Gateway Chevrolet a score of 10 if it had not been my encounter with Mack McPherson. I now have to give Gateway Chevrolet a score of 4. TK Pearce More

It’s awful to sit in their waiting room for over 3 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for.
