As soon as I picked up my car after 3 hours, my left blinker was flashing fast. I called and they said it was a bulb I’d have to pay for... even though it wasn’t doing that before I had it serviced, but blinker was flashing fast. Rico Canales was an enormous help. I had to buy a car unexpectedly and didn't have a lot of time. He was friendly, quick, and professional. I went to several other dealers before ending up at Gateway Chevrolet. I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a salesman that stuck to his word and was honest throughout the whole proc Gateway Chevrolet. The quote I received via text message was the exact same quote I received in person and it never changed. The other dealers that I went to always ended up giving me quotes that were 2 or 3 times the amount they initially quoted me. We were in and out of Gateway within 2 hours and walked out with a brand new truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made for a pleasant experience. More
