Trevor our salesperson was awesome. Tony in finance was great as well. Got us the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed to be at. Annoyed with the very wrong estimate time and actual time it took to get an alignment done. Was told 1 1\2 hrs actually took more than 3 hours with no communication to let me know it was going to take longer it took to get an alignment done. I have no issue with the service advisor or the service received, but it took entirely too long to complete. I had an appointment at 11:10, checked in a bit early and was told 2.5 hour wait. When I made t received, but it took entirely too long to complete. I had an appointment at 11:10, checked in a bit early and was told 2.5 hour wait. When I made the appointment I said I would wait so I didn't complain. I had linch and was patient but it was almost 2:30 by the time I was told it was complete. This is too long for an oil change and tire rotation. The advisor tried to make me feel better by telling me she had people who were there since around 6 am. That didn't comfort. More
