John in service was awesome as always. Service was fast and he kept me informed while my truck was there. I did call a couple times Nd each time the receptionist was hard to hear because of speaking in a l and he kept me informed while my truck was there. I did call a couple times Nd each time the receptionist was hard to hear because of speaking in a low tone and she generally did not seem like she wanted to be there. Part of me appreciates the direct attitude and skipping all niceties but I feel that there should be a welcoming voice when customers are calling in. Wont stop me from coming to Gateway in the future though. More

We use Gateway and John Shelton because they are the best maintenance shop in Phoenix. We have never had our car sitting on the side of the road like so many we see on a daily basis.
