Next day I get a called that I need to go in again to sign the paper work as my name was misspell, so annoying that I need to make time out of my day to go back in there after being bombarded by phone calls, once I finally go back to sign the papers, staff was rude, unfriendly and not even apologetic. A disorganized effort. This experience was very different. At times I was left just wondering what was going on. The agent was here for a couple of minutes, then gone for a while.In the whole time, I never met the agent that had contacted me on line and by phone. The agent that I finally met, a young lady, was very nice, but was always hurrying around, seeming lost. I sat around for over four hours before the deal was finished. I have a tax exemption and no one knew how to handle it. In the end, instead of my normal tax charge of $10.22, I was charged over $200.00. I would say that the sales staff is very inept and under trained. More
