Tire Purchase I thought the original tires I purchased less than 4 months ago were under warranty. Will not buy tires from here again. I appreciate not charging labor, and I have had great service otherwise, this one (paying almost $200 to replace a tire that is only 4 months old), especially at this time in our country really upset me. To be honest, I did not say anything to Noe, and he is a great employee and has treated me very well, so I don't think it is his fault, but every other time I have purchased tires they have come with some type of replacement warranty and I do not remember being told that these did not.. It really was work to get my deal done I had been looking for vehicles for a while. Was in contact with one salesman and he quit calling back in November. Dropped in to the dealership back I had been looking for vehicles for a while. Was in contact with one salesman and he quit calling back in November. Dropped in to the dealership back in February and talked with a sales lady that followed up once after the initial visit, after contacting her several times (initiated by my calls/texts) there was not follow-up. Coming into the deal, Gateway had the vehicle I needed. They were able to get the pricing in range of where I needed to be with the new vehicle. The unfortunate thing about the deal was the valuation of the trade. Once it was all said and done was well below KBB and NADA valuations. Trade in is in good condition and had some small items wrong with it. Pretty much turn key to resell. Even had it detailed before I turned it in. Not a good experience. Being a well qualified customer it seemed like work to get them to get the right interest rate. Salesman was nice and the sales manager was personable. Would I go back? Probably to get the items promised at purchase. Other than that, it will be a crap shoot. More
