Tech doesn't need to go through my truck service writers and staff were very pleasant. but what put a sour taste in me was as i watch the tech back my truck out from getting a simple oil chan service writers and staff were very pleasant. but what put a sour taste in me was as i watch the tech back my truck out from getting a simple oil change. He proceeded to "floor it" on the pavement and chirp the tires, then backed it up into the overflow parking area hitting the curb. (i have offroad wheels and tires) the left rear wheel was scratched. then the radio was changed on stations, center console items moved around. all mirrors were adjusted and seats. and with my bigger tires i run i higher tire pressure than the door sticker and was 12lbs less in all 4 tires. PLEASE STOP MESSING WITH CUSTOMER VEHICLES. More

He got my information and understood what I was looking for as well as arranged all the number and paperwork before I did the drive from Las Vegas to Phoenix. Upon arrival, he immediately went to work in showing me the truck, explaining the details and going for a test drive. It felt like buying a truck from a regular guy, not the typical "car salesman". Ronnie was the guy who did all of my final finical paperwork, he really worked hard to educate me in all my options as well as work to find me the best APR. Extremely knowledgeable in his field and very easy going type of attitude. Mack, was the negotiator in between these two stellar employs. Mack came off rude and I didn't care for some of his verbiage as he was trying to convince me to finance with him. Ultimately, it was the way he presented his side that closed me off to wanting to finance with him, at which point I stood my ground. We did come to a deal and all was well! Even with the small hiccup in the middle, I understand he was doing his job. This is why I would still highly recommend this dealership. Jeremy and Ronnie really made this entire deal happen and made it a less than painful experience. I will for sure give this dealership a look again during any future car buying. More
