Overall great experience Gateway Chevy was the first place I looked at for a used car as well as a trade in. Saul introduced himself to me and my wife. Right away you could tell he was not going to push or pressure us to buy. Saul took the time to go over all their vehicles that we were intrested in and answered every question we had. Saul was very personable and easy to work with. I ended up not buying a truck that first day. I went to another company to compare offers and vehicles. While at the other dealership, I felt they were playing "the game" and it was even worse when talking finances. I eventually walked out. I drove straight to Chevy gateway to talk to Saul again. I never felt like Saul "played the game ". I was so impressed with Saul that I went out of my way to tell his manager what a great job he did.
