Bad financial department Although Ajay did a great job helping us find the family vehicle we needed. The financial department turned it all into a nightmare. Once we agreed on what we wanted, everything seemed to be rushed from there. We were out of the loop on everything including the payments and add on warranties. Summer seemed very unorganized and openly admitted that someone gave him the wrong paperwork. 12 days later we were called back to the dealership to talk over and fix some of his mistakes. Other personnel from the financial department made sure that we fully understood everything and made it all right. Not sure if I would suggest this dealership to anyone. More
