I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check the back door that sticks when I try to open it. And now I have to make an additional appointment to check the back door that has been sticking since I purchased the vehicle in February. So I am not a happy customer. More

The items that were listed to be fixed at a future date are not warranty related. I will not be bringing my car to Gateway to fix those items since they are non-warranty items. I will take the car to the Buick dealer for future repairs the only time it has to come to Gateway is if it's the extended warranty coverage is being utilized. Thank you. More
