Great Experience I took my Equinox in because of noises in the suspension in the back of the vehicle. I explained to Zachary, my service advisor, the symptoms I was ex I took my Equinox in because of noises in the suspension in the back of the vehicle. I explained to Zachary, my service advisor, the symptoms I was experiencing with the Equinox. The problem was diagnosed and since it was going to take a few hours to repair, I made arrangements to bring it back a few days later which I did. A ride home was arranged for me and a few hours later, Zach called letting me know the work was done. A ride was arranged to pick me up and take me back to Gateway. My Equinox was repaired and washed when I arrived. Also, I had forgotten my cell phone in the backseat of the car which took me home. The people at the reception desk were informed of this by the driver and they went above and beyond to make sure I was reunited with my phone. I appreciated very much the treatment I (and my Equinox) received at Gateway Chevrolet. More

They dont care about the customer At this dealer they just want your money they dont care about treating you right from beginning to end of the time you are there, 0 customer service, At this dealer they just want your money they dont care about treating you right from beginning to end of the time you are there, 0 customer service, there is no greeting or have a nice day. when you are treated right that makes you want to come back. sadly Im stuck going there because of my warranty being from there. If not Id rather go other places where they do treat you right and you can tell they want to keep your business the right way by treating you like family. I dont think its employees fault, it comes from the training they get from the company. I dont write this to be picky but for some changes to be made for the better, that way people will be glad to go to this business.The wait times are way too long with or without an appointment so be prepared for this to be your only stop if waiting for your vehicle there.
