The only positive experience was the sales process. Go figure. There have been issues with the car since the day I bought it. Some have been resolved, some have not and there are new issues as a result of poor workmanship during the service appointment. I’ve reached out to the service manager and the general manager to try and resolve the issues. No one has responded. I’ve reached out to American Honda. I haven’t had the car for a month and I regret purchasing it. I do not want the car. I am beyond disappointed. I’ve stopped driving the car. More

I felt that it was a relationship of trust being built by his care and attention which resulted with his time spent on my car needs. Patience, humility and stability. You do not get this from a car salesmen. Everyone there treated me so well, and I felt comfortable the whole way through. All my questions were answered and they even answered questions I didn't even think to ask. They worked with my budget, and made sure that I was satisfied with everything. I don't see needing another car soon, but my next one will definitely be with them. And I am hoping everyone takes advantage of going to Honda of the Desert for their next vehicle purchase!
