Once I got there I had asked for him, unfortunately he was with another customer so Carlos took care of us and everything was perfect. They knew exactly which car I was there for, they didn’t try to persuade me into getting a brand new car or to finance through them considering my credit union had a pretty competitive deal to beat. Was able to pick and choose whatever options I wanted or didn’t want without feeling pressured! Super helpful with any questions and concerns. Drove off with my new car in about two hours or so including the test drive and considering it was a Sunday and was busier!! I’ve been to two other dealerships prior and couldn’t believe how much hogwash they fed us. Very personable dealership, glad I did buisness with them! More
