A truly pleasant car buying experience! I'll preface my review by saying that buying a car isn't high on my list of "favorite things to do"... I'd visited two other dealerships before dec I'll preface my review by saying that buying a car isn't high on my list of "favorite things to do"... I'd visited two other dealerships before deciding on doing business with Honda of the Desert. My search for an SUV was very specific as my husband is an artist and we needed cargo space to deliver artwork. I was looking for a sleek, reliable vehicle with low miles. We'd also searched the internet through TrueCar and CarFax and honed in on several vehicles we wanted to look at which were available through a couple of local dealerships. The one thing that made us choose Honda of the Desert: Nathan. I had called the sales department to ask if someone could measure the hatch on a CRV I looked at on line. Nathan said he would go measure and call me back. I found him to be prompt, informative, courteous and not at all pushy. I liked his persistent but pleasant follow through - something I had not gotten from other dealerships. Although my timing and Nathan's schedule didnt sync, Nathan graciously set me up to meet with another sales agent, Bengie, who I found to be equally professional and helpful. We had a specific vehicle in mind when we drove onto the lot. Bengie was informative, pleasant and efficient - from the test drive to the handoff to your finance department - then present to show us some key details about operating the CRV as we parted and drove away with our new vehicle. Freddy in the finance department also deserves a compliment. He carefully explained the details of our transaction and everything we were signing. I think they clone their people at Honda of the Desert - he, too, was professional, pleasant, on top of things and efficient. He moved the transaction along smoothly. Nathan was terrific with his follow through after the sale by calling to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if we had any other questions or concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience - thank you! More
