He told me I had to bring the car back the next day because I needed new broke pads and the department was closed after i had already spent over 3 hours there. martin the manager jumped in and offered to have someone pick up and return my car the next day When I said thanks but it's ok I will drive down he offered to fill my gas tank. Ultimately they also cleaned my head lights from the sand damage. Sergio and Martin are both assets to Honda of the Desert and I would reconmmed them for your car care. More
My car is on extended warranty and side door do not open automatically. When I asked to fix it, I was told to pay $200 for test so they can determine if it is covered by warranty… so if not I just waist $20 automatically. Tire sensor not working and manager wouldn’t replace it or fix it he said I could of been the one who broke it I only had the car 2 mos when I took it in, I even said I would pay half.
