Good Luck getting warranty work This place is the absolute worst. Buying a car is great, painless and easy but wait until you have something go wrong! We bought our 2012 Elantra bran This place is the absolute worst. Buying a car is great, painless and easy but wait until you have something go wrong! We bought our 2012 Elantra brand new and within a month had serious brake problems, the car would slow to a stop and lock up as well as having intermittent brake pedal going to the floor problems. I had it towed to KG and they replaced the brake switch. It didnt work. When i brought it back, Jake in service explained to me that new brake systems arent designed to hold pressure so thats why the pedal traveled. That statement is obviously wrong, so we took it to Murdoch. Murdoch found the brake booster to have a serious internal problem, they replaced it no hassle. Now, 3 years later, our brake lights all went out and unfortunately, KG was the closest place and guess who i spoke with again... Jake. I spoke with Joe as well. It turns out even though we are under 100,000mi, its not covered under warranty. When we explained that we paid them to extend the electronics warranty to 100,000 instead of the 60,000 at the point of purchase, they came back with "Oh yeah, i see that, thats not our warranty so you owe 100$". After haggling, they reduced the price only to find out that all 3 light bulbs were blown after they did the work! Their excuse? "Well you know, higher miles, so it happens." I told them, in all my years of working on cars i have never seen 3 bulbs blow simultaneously! To top it off, the tried charging us 25$ PER bulb! This place is ridiculous. Go to Murdoch or even Riverton Hyundai, they are much more willing to actually help you out. I didnt write a review after the booster problem but now that I know their behavior is habitual, people have to know. More

She was very professional and listened to what I needed and what would work best for me. I was allowed to decide practically every detail, and while I wasn't originally planning on leaving with the car that day, Lynn made it happen. All in all, my first time car buying experience is one I will never forget, and I mean that in the best way possible. I hope my future experiences are just as amazing. More
