I was so surprised on how much I was able to afford and how much bang for my buck I got at Ken Garff. My salesman Brandon let ME do ALL the talking and I definitely felt listened to and heard. he didn't push anything on me and let me control what cars I wanted to see and I felt like I as treated like family!! A nightmare! My salesman Keith Blomness was not the most professional. He sold me the wrong car twice! When I went in I was specific about what I was looking for. My salesman Keith Blomness was not the most professional. He sold me the wrong car twice! When I went in I was specific about what I was looking for. I also wanted an all wheel drive vehicle. Keith located the car I wanted and had it brought to the dealership. I test drove it with another associate because Keith had another customer. We finished the sale and at that time was when I found out that he sold me a front wheel drive car and not the all wheel drive. I was upset but Keith pressured me into accepting this car and because I was tired and hungry I just wanted to leave. Keith had done a follow up call and I had expressed again I was not happy with the fact this was not all wheel drive, he pressured me into accepting this again. Not long after I decided I wasn't going to accept this. I had asked for all wheel drive and that is what should have been sold to me. I called and spoke to a sales manager and he told me I had to speak with Keith which I didn't want to do because of the difficulties I had already had with him. We kept playing phone tag. I finally got in touch with him and told him I was coming in to trade it in, I told him which car I wanted and he verified he had that car but that he would have a sales manager call me and let me know what we would need to do. That sales manager never called so later that day I just showed up to the dealership. Keith got a manager to help him. They gave me the run around and told me I would have to sell my new car back to them for a much lower cost and told me my payments would be over $100 a month higher. I was very upset. I don't believe they should have done that to me since it was NOT my mistake in the first place. So I got up and left. I called another dealership with plans on seeing if another dealership could help me. Before I could make it to another dealership Keith called me back and said they could work it out since they didn't have title on my new car yet I could come swap it out. I went back in and he swapped it out for what I thought was the correct vehicle. He took it back to have it detailed while we were re doing the paperwork on the corrected vehicle so I wasn't able to see it. They for some reason took an hour detailing. When the deal was over and I went to switch out vehicles I found the new car was the wrong one AGAIN! He seriously sold me the wrong car for the SECOND TME! I was furious. I had already verified they had the correct car on the lot that morning. But apparently the salesman's nephew called that morning and had him put the car I wanted on hold for himself. So Keith was very sneaky and shady and sold me a car that had the wrong interior color! He had already promised me this was the exact same vehicle only with all wheel drive and he lied. So, he swapped it out for the right one again. Had to do the paperwork again for the third time! Then while the new paperwork was being written up he called his nephew in front of me to break the bad news he couldn't have the car he put on hold. That was completely unprofessional for him to do. I am positive that was a guilt tactic he was using on me which was not fair because I had told him before he ever talked to his nephew that this is the car I was planning on getting when I brought my car back. He had no business promising the vehicle I told him to hold for me to a family member. This whole experience was a nightmare. I am still upset he tried to tell me I was just being spoiled when all I was doing was asking for a feature in a car that would help me with these harsh winter conditions we get here. This was not me being spoiled. It was me doing this for my safety and protection. He did try to blame the mistake on the first car on another associate that was helping but that isn't correct because it was Keith that picked the wrong car in the first place. More
