Sally Smeed and Joe Green made this the best car-buying experience ever! They worked incredibly hard to put us in a car, and they made it happen. We have been buying cars for thiry years and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience ever. From the moment Sally encountered me in the parking lot (coming out of the back seat of a Lexus), she was professional and welcoming. Joe maintained his positive demeaner and professionalism throughout the deal (even with my staunch husband). Joe's follow up was persistent yet not pushy. It was just the right amount. The entire experience with DCH Lexus was fantastic! They made us feel special. This was a very positive experience. DCH Lexus has made us life-long customers! Thank you Sally and Joe! More

I brought my 2003 Lexus IS 300 to the dealership for a routine service; I would like to commend your staff member Edward for his outstanding service. Edward was able to quickly help me and clearly explain all repairs my Lexus would need, and was very courteous! Edward worked with me through the weekend to ensure all of my questions were addressed and secured another car, allowing me to keep my Saturday plans. He was courteous, personable, and made me feel confident in the dealership and the service I received. The entire staff was helpful and accommodating. I am very happy that DCH has brought this dealership to Santa Barbara and I look forward to our future relationship. I will certainly recommend this business to my friends and colleagues. Everyone was friendly and helpful with no high-pressure sales, which I appreciated. They got me the car I wanted and worked with me on price. Sally was very helpful in making this deal happen, and we were very please with her service. She obviously had a lot of experience. Beth was a brand new employee to the Lexus dealer, but she was great, extre were very please with her service. She obviously had a lot of experience. Beth was a brand new employee to the Lexus dealer, but she was great, extremely courteous and responsive. Of all the new cars I've bought in my life, this was probably the best experience we've had. It was more difficult w/ the financing this time because our credit scores had temporarily dipped... but the team pulled together and made it all come together. My wife and I hare happy and grateful. We've been Ford/Lincoln customers for 20 years, but I think we are now "Lexus people". THANK YOU. More
