I connected with a gentleman there named Jason Enge from internet sales as I found the car online. He made the buying experience a ONE OF A KIND! What a nice guy. Not only did he help me get the best loan rate possible, he made himself available during the whole week that I kept calling to ask endless questions regardless of the time of day. You might say......"Yeah, they are trying to sell you a car." That is true but he made me feel like my interests and concerns were priority over him selling a car. I don't recall him ever saying that he could not accommodate or do something. His responses were always "I can help you with that, give me a few minutes to figure that out for you" Had it not been for Jason, I would have bought my car elsewhere. The week of questions that I mentioned earlier is because I live two hours away from the DCH Lexus. Had it not been for his can do attitude, I could have easily found a car locally.
