Glauco is very knowledgeable and took his time in showing us every detail of each vehicle we looked at. The same was true with the test drive. Both my husband and I drove the vehicle we ultimately purchased and we were not rushed or pressured in any way. Best car buying experience! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from DCH Lexus of SB about 2 months ago. This was by far THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Joe Green and G I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from DCH Lexus of SB about 2 months ago. This was by far THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Joe Green and Glauco Pergolizzi were wonderful throughout the entire process. I initially scheduled an appointment with Joe to test drive a new vehicle. That is when he introduced me to Glauco...he is such a riot! Definitely the most entertaining test drive I've ever been on. What I really appreciated about Joe and Glauco is that I never felt pressured at anytime during my interactions with them. After the test drive, I was able to leave the dealership without being hassled about "running the numbers" or "making a deal." BLECH. A week later, the dealership posted a used vehicle that was the make and model I was interested in buying - a Toyota Prius. Although I preferred to buy it new from a Toyota dealership, I ultimately decided to purchase a pre-owned model because of how Joe and Glauco treated me as a customer. Their no-pressure friendly approach was the deciding factor for me. I worked with Michael Weinzimmer during the financing process. While I walked away feeling somewhat pressured by him to buy an extended warranty, looking back it was a good decision for my situation. He definitely made an effort to make the pricing work for me. Even after the sale, Joe continued to reach out and check in. He even took care of a chip in the windshield that I noticed after I took possession of the vehicle! Overall, this is a quality dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the market for another vehicle. More

Also that our credit wasn't the best he took all our information and I sent him what he needed to get the deal started. by the time we drove to SB the next day the deal was down in under 2 hours and we drove away with our brand new RX350.
