I recently purchased a 2025 Lexus GX 550 Overland. It was a simple cash purchase. The sales process was smooth but I was very disappointed during the final signing of documents. The attempt to sell additional warranties etc was very aggressive. The process made me feel as though I was at a used car dealership. After declining multiple times and continued aggressive sales tactics, I almost walked out without purchasing the vehicle.
