Buyer beware! I was sold a car that had nothing but problems. I bought the extended warranty and every time I brought the car in, the service representatives woul I was sold a car that had nothing but problems. I bought the extended warranty and every time I brought the car in, the service representatives would argue with me as if there was no problem. Yet, there is a serious problem every time. I originally went to that dealership only because I knew my sales person for years and he did nothing to resolve the ongoing issue by getting me out of the car and into a different car. Chris Williams and Hugo in the service department were horrible. Thank God for Nicole. She was helpful on so many fronts. I ended up dealing with Cynthia the service manager because I was so tired of being mistreated by the other service representatives. I even lost faith in Cynthia because she began to avoid me because I finally got out of that car and bought a new car at a different dealership and called to get a partial refund for the extended warranty. Very disappointing experience at Lexus of Santa Barbara. Think twice before you go there. Farrell Odendhal you can do better. I went to you and gave you the opportunity to make it right and you chose not to. Another disappointment. More
This was my second scheduled service appointment, this time with an issue of having had the battery drain after two weeks of non-use. The overall experience was excellent, from pick-up through correcting time with an issue of having had the battery drain after two weeks of non-use. The overall experience was excellent, from pick-up through correcting the problem and identifying another issue--rodents in the engine compartment--that they also fixed. Hugo kept me in the loope throughout the experience, and the care was returned, freshly washed and cleaned inside and out. More
I took in my RX350 for the complimentary standard oil change. Made an appointment, and waited for about 2 hours for the work to be completed.. Don’t know if that is the standard wait time? change.
