Liars waste of time and false promises So once again before going to this place I did my homework on the car I wanted through TrueCar and I got the price and everything after a couple of mi So once again before going to this place I did my homework on the car I wanted through TrueCar and I got the price and everything after a couple of minutes when I sent the info I got a call from David internet sales manager well they all claim to say they are managers anyways I explained him my situation before even going in and he assure me I was going to get helped this was Thursday 26th again another dealer that promises to help, he told me to go in on Friday 28th he set up an appoinment for me and my family at 6:30 so went in after work he wanted to do an appraisal on my car because I wanted to trade in my Kia Forte we spent 2 hrs just for the appraisal they were not even busy at all they only had 2 customers its not for them to take a long time on one simple task, it took me 5 minutes way before going in on the appraisal on my car through kbb, even when telling him my situation over the phone a day before going in he David still wanted prove of how my wife was getting all the money through her job she is getting paid cash so there is no way to prove it because she doesnt deposit the money on our bank account at this point I had become frustrated already and we havent even got to the numbers yet all dealers are the same false promises even when explaining yourself to them over and over they still dont get it, my wife and I have gotten 3 cars already the same way no prove need it, we havent miss a single payment on our cars at all, if a seller really wants to help and sell their product they will do anything to help a consumer but in this case they just didnt want to which it doesnt really bother me, because at the end I dont loose anything but they do a customer willing to buy their product, stay away from this dealer there are thousand out there that really want to help and sell their cars, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THEM. More

they helped get out of a bad vehicle as I said, I had a mustang which it's value kept going down and needed to get out of it to get into a car that I wanted. they did everything to get me as I said, I had a mustang which it's value kept going down and needed to get out of it to get into a car that I wanted. they did everything to get me into a Tacoma 2018, took my mustang paid it off and still gave me some extra free perks and by the end of the day I rolled out in my new inferno v6 Tacoma. thank you and I highly recommend stopping by and at least meet the staff and see what they can offer you.
