Buying a new car/trading in an old one We drove 35 miles to the Redlands Ford dealer instead of buying from Colley Ford in Glendora because of the referral by AAA and the AAA pricing we wer We drove 35 miles to the Redlands Ford dealer instead of buying from Colley Ford in Glendora because of the referral by AAA and the AAA pricing we were given in an email from Carrie at Redlands Ford. It showed $28,869 as the "AAA Auto Club Price," a savings of $4936 from list price. Turns out she included the $3000 rebate in that number. We expected the rebate in addition to that number as was explained in the fine print of the email. We should have walked at that point. It was a big disappointment and even a "bate and switch" scam. I appreciated that she was knowledgable about some things and quickly got good answers to questions she did not know. The time with Tina was fine. One last complaint: when we took delivery the plug-in battery had not been charged. More

This Dealership lacks integrity. They lied to me about coming down on the price saying, "We are only making $300.00 off this vehicle." One sales person even said he took offense when I told he was a sales coming down on the price saying, "We are only making $300.00 off this vehicle." One sales person even said he took offense when I told he was a salesman and would do whatever to took to make a sale. He stated he was offended that I called basically calling him a Liar. Well as you will see after reading this review, he did lie so did their Finance person and their internet sales person because when I went home and did some research online at a us week news ranking and rating of cars website. I received a certificate saying "Redlands Ford guarantees that Customer will save at least $2,245 on ANY in-stock 2014 Ford Focus Sedan S." It was the exact Ford Focus we had purchased. The new Focus we were buying odometer didn't even work. We had no clue what the miles were. I am angry at myself for not even noticing it until we were driving home in the car. What I didn't understand is how the finance person put 10 miles on our contract. We also had problems with the key opening the doors. If the sales person had done an efficient job in showing us the Focus, he would of noticed the problems. When we showed the dealership the research I printed online. The Finance person said she was gonna talk to the owner. She came back and immediately did paperwork to take the Focus back. She never apologized or responded to what I showed her. The owner and one of the salesman we dealt with just walked right by never said a word or apology. It looks a little shady to me. If you decide to use this dealership make sure you do your research and do not believe ANYTHING they tell you. They are amazing Liars. I still can not believe how well they lied to my face without any remorse. I love Ford vehicles but of this is what Ford as a corporation stands for then I guess I will not be buying Ford cars. In fact, I went to Toyota, got a better deal, lower interest rate and a better vehicle with all the perks. More
Outstanding car buying experience! Mr. Fletcher went out of his way to accommodate me. He even drove 2-1/2 hours to pick me up when he heard that I had totaled my old vehicle. We made an appointment to meet with him at Redlands Ford and he was able to get us in a new Ford Escape with the payments we were looking for. For once, it was a pleasant car buying experience. Also, another reason for purchasing through Redlands Ford is their service department in fantastic! I've been going to them since I purchased my first Ford Escape in 2002. They have the fastest service and best prices in town. More
