I have only had the opportunity to work with Christian once since then, and if first impressions hold weight, I am in very good hands. He is very friendly and to the point. although my first interaction with him was a simple service, I was very happy with the overall experience, and will be seeing him again soon for recalls and a/c issues, so I will update my review after my next visit. overall, I have used KG purchase dept, service dept, and sales dept. and again, have not been disappointed.
