EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Zach was my Sales Associate. I went in with a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to test drive and he never made me feel pressured into buying. Zach was my Sales Associate. I went in with a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to test drive and he never made me feel pressured into buying. The same goes for Bill when filling out all the paperwork. Not one time did they make me feel pressured into anything. After the purchase, Zach was there to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle with friendly staff!!! More

Even though we have had many rainy days the team at Ken Pollock Ford, Berwick add a little sunshine with their pleasant response to my questions and completing their portion of the transition from one vehicle to another. Bob Thennes did an excellent job in showing vehicles that would suit my needs, demonstrating the functions of the new vehicle, and offering future assistance if needed. The nice thing about Ken Pollock Ford is that the exceptional service does not stop at the sale of the vehicle but extends for future service needs, which I have experienced since they opened in Berwick. I never have to say where will I take my vehicle for repair because I know they will be there to help. Thanks so much! More
