I contacted Ken Wilson Ford in regards to a 2020 RAM 2500 that they had in stock. I spoke with Tim and explained to him my situation and how this truck fit what I was looking for. Tim took the time to send me all the additional details I needed on the truck. Which made for an easy in person buying experience. Tim had the truck detailed and sitting right out front when I arrived we went for a quick test drive and completed all the necessary documents in a timely manner. There were a few issues with the truck after purchase that I notified Tim of and he assisted in getting the issues corrected. All in all I'm happy I made the 8 hour round-trip drive to purchase this truck and impressed with the level of customer service I received from start to finish.
