Although the dealership has slipped a lot under the new ownership Max Curry and Tyler Logsdon are doing a major job in upholding the standards that use to be prevalent. I am a big Warren Buffet fan but the reputation that the dealership had previously under Butch Hancock is gone forever, Jim Whipkey’s sells will not be duplicated by another salesman. Dale’s numbers may go up in Jim’s absence but you can’t replace his knowledge of the product, integrity, service after the sell and genuine interest in the customers as people then friends. If you ever lose Max Curry we will be done with the dealership and I have been buying since your first year when my first car, the Toyota Cressida was the top car, until I got a LS 400 the following year. Went for a oil change and they did not check the other fluids and I had to fill up the coolant myself and the second container and also windshield wiper fluid.
