The dealership is usually pretty good about my car. I was rather frustrated with this last job. I had my car in three weeks before and was to have certain maintenance things completed as well as the re I was rather frustrated with this last job. I had my car in three weeks before and was to have certain maintenance things completed as well as the rear hatch fixed. It was not fixed because the person I dealt with thought that it could just be fixed by changing out the shocks. When I got home, it already was not working properly. I called and left a message. He did not call me back that day. I ended up calling back the next day and told him it wasn’t working. He said the part had already been returned. So I waited over three weeks to get the part. Mind you, he did not call me. I called him and he said that the part got in on Monday, I called on Friday. This was quite frustrating to me. I have been coming to the dealership to have my car serviced for as long as I have owned it. The work completed by the service team has always been top notch but the front office handling left much to be desired in this case. More
