Mike was nice to deal with, however if I just would have been told the truth about possible part waits and and service completion things would have been much better. After being thrilled with the initial co been told the truth about possible part waits and and service completion things would have been much better. After being thrilled with the initial contact and attention received, I was very disappointed with delays, expecting the 2 1/2 hour fix I was told about, ending in a 2 day fix. The work done seems to be doing fine, and I do appreciate all services I received. More
